Use the $T NODE command to change node characteristics for nodes other than your own. The AUTH= parameter specifies the types of commands that the indicated node has authority to issue to the local node. You can also specify a password on the PASSWORD= parameter that will be used to verify the identity of the indicated node during an NJE connection.
