Setting node password z/OS JES2 Commands SA32-0990-00 |

Use the $T NODE(nnnn) command to assign or delete a password for a node. Both PASSWORD=xxxxxxxx and PASSWORD=(SEND=xxxxxxxx,VERIFY=xxxxxxxx) specify the password used to verify the identity of the node during an NJE connection. Note: Be certain to make a note of the password you assign because
there is no facility for displaying the passwords in effect.
