Dynamically defining a local printer to JES2

After initialization, the $ADD PRT(nnnn) command allows you to define a local printer to JES2. Then enter the $S PRT(nnnn) command to activate this device. If you reinitialize the system, this local printer is not defined to JES2 unless it has been added to the initialization deck.
