Problem(s) fixed:
- Fixed a problem where, if the adapter went through an IOP reset, the outstanding ioctl commands issued during the setup phase leading to the process were not closed, only the outstanding I/O commands were closed. The management applications would need to be restarted, in this case.
- Prevented a null pointer access in the driver in low memory systems during driver load. The null pointer access could hang the system.
- Fixed error on driver thread restart where bad user applications hit the kernel thread process ids.
- Dropped the maximum sg count because some legacy adapters showed instability.
