Creating a new resource

In the example shown in Figure 4, as we were creating a new scheduling environment (DB2LATE), we chose resource names (DB2A and PRIMETIME) that already existed. What if we had needed to add a new resource name called VECTOR? As you saw on that Resource Definition List panel, VECTOR did not yet exist.

There are two ways to add a new resource definition:

Directly from the main panel
While working with a scheduling environment
