command                           response (CMR) time exceptions for
any control unit. Note: If this is the first time the check has run since being activated,
this message will be issued because enough data had not yet been gathered
to perform a valuable analysis.
If parameters have recently been changed, these results may be
based on a previous parameter set.  New parameters will take effect
the next time control unit data is gathered.
