Explanation
CHECK(IBMIOS,IOS_CAPTUCB_PROTECT) determined that
captured UCB protection is in the expected state.  When enabled, captured
UCB protection obtains captured Unit Control Blocks in protected storage
and prevents storage overlays.
CAPTUCB PROTECT=YES has been
specified if enabled, or CAPTUCB PROTECT=NO has been specified if
disabled. 
The expected state of captured UCB Protection can
be changed by supplying a check parameter of PROTECT(YES) or PROTECT(NO).
