Explanation
A system error occurred when trying to reset the
link recovery threshold condition for the path given in the VARY PATH(dddd,pp),ONLINE
command. 

System action
The system continues processing. The system does
not access the devices over the path until the path becomes operational
and varied online.

Operator response
Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
Search problem reporting databases
for a fix to the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Capture a console dump that
includes the IOS address space and provide this information to IBM for analysis.
