Explanation
 The operator has specified both the DISPLAY and
LIM=yy parameters on a MODIFY OAM,START,RECYCLE command. The DISPLAY
and LIM=yy operands cannot be entered on the same start command.

 The start command is rejected.

reenter the command with the correct operands.
