Explanation
 An error has been detected during Library Automation
Communication Services (LACS) parameter validation processing for
the WAIT function. The synchronization option specified with the MOUNT
function requested the posting of a user event control block (ECB)
or the scheduling of a user mount failure exit routine; neither option
is compatible with the WAIT function.

System action
 The LACS request fails with a parameter error
return code. Messages issued by the caller of LACS are written concurrently
with this message.
