Explanation

System action
 The library request fails. OAM processing continues.

System programmer response
 Search problem reporting databases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center and report the error code
and modifier noted in the message. Save the logrec data, if available.
Resubmit the library request when the error is corrected.
