What kind of people are you looking for? What if I don’t use IBM products?
We’re looking for a broad spectrum of people over the age of 18. Sign up and we may contact you if you fit one of our studies.
What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up, you’ll be added to our research participant database. When you are a potential match for a research study, we will follow up at the email address you provide.
What should I expect during the research sessions?
We aim to learn about your experience. There is no need to prepare. You will be asked to sign a consent form. The session may be recorded. Sessions may be tailored to:

- help us understand your team and your unique needs
- evaluate early ideas based on your needs
- explore ease-of-use in early design prototypes or a current product experience
- answer questions on a particular topic
Here are two examples of activities you might participate in:
- Remote usability studies: In these sessions, you will share your screen with a researcher, or access a website where you can try something out on your own. You can do this from almost anywhere in the world, but you’ll need to have a high-speed internet connection.
- Surveys: Simply answer some questions for us on a form.
