The Pre-Sales Support Specialist supports IBM sellers and Business Partners across Europe. The main focus is to actively support our Customers, Business Partners, and Sales by responding in a positive, proactive manner and by producing high quality, accurate outputs.

This position will create and support new IBM web sites using an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system. Developer needs experience in some of the following skills; others will be learned while in the role.

This role is responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective.
