Troubleshooting the Case event emitter
Known problems with the Case event emitter application are diagnosed and solutions described.
- Enabling detailed tracing on the Case event emitter
To be able to troubleshoot any issue that might occur with the Case event emitter, you might find it helpful to enable detailed logging and tracing through the WebSphere® Application Serveradministration console. - Resolving class loading errors
If a class loading error occurs while the CaseEventEmitter.war file is running, configure library sharing in the WebSphere Application Server administration console. - Resolving user authentication errors
If a user authentication error occurs after the CaseEventEmitter application is deployed to the application server, pass the appropriate JAAS file to the JVM through the WebSphere Application Server administration console. - Replaying Case events
If you need to regenerate your business data in specific scenarios, you can replay Case events by stopping the event emitter, clearing data, stopping the Flink job, and finally restarting the emitter.
