Message List

![]() |
Pending: The message is waiting for the corresponding order to close (either when the order is filled up, by timeout or when released). | Unassigned: The message is waiting to be dispatched. The message is
not associated with an order so far. Deleted: The pending message was previously deleted. |
![]() |
Ready for Printing: The order of the message is closed and the message is prepared to get printed (but printing has not yet started, for example, if the queue is stopped). | Error: The message did previously encounter an error and is going
to be reprinted. Deleted: The message was previously deleted. |
![]() |
Printing: The message is currently being printed (or reprinted). | Error: The message did previously encounter an error and is now
reprinted. Deleted: The message was previously deleted. |
![]() |
Printed: The message was in the state 'Awaiting Confirmation' (which means it was already printed). This 'Printed' state is reached when other messages in the same order are currently reprinted. As soon as the other messages finish reprinting, the state will change back to 'Awaiting Confirmation'. | Deleted: The message was previously deleted. This combined state is reached if another message in the same order was reprinted. |
![]() |
Awaiting Confirmation: The message was printed, but since confirmation is active for the queue, it is waiting for a user to confirm it. | Deleted: The message was previously deleted. |
![]() |
Reprinting: The message is currently in the process of being reprinted (but printing has not started). This state applies to messages which were previously waiting for confirmation and the 'reprint' action was issued for this message or order. | Deleted: The message was previously deleted. |
![]() |
In Error: During print processing the message encountered an error (check the event service). To leave this state, fix the problem, then stop and start the queue again. | Deleted: The message was previously deleted and the queue is stopped. |
