IBM Power Skills Academy (PSA) is a program designed to provide educators and students at degree-granting accredited academic institutions with access to select IBM assets at no-charge for classroom (teaching and learning) and non-commercial research purposes at their academic institution.
The program is open to all active students and educators at qualifying degree-granting accredited academic institutions. An academic institution issued email address is required to register and participate.
IBM makes assets available to degree-granting accredited academic institutions in countries worldwide where IBM does business.

Assets provided by IBM Power Skills Academy may be used for teaching, learning, and non-commercial research at degree-granting academic institutions. The offerings may be used in lecture notes, presentations, and assignments for courses taught at the registered academic institution.
IBM Power Skills Academy is open to all students and educators at qualifying degree-granting accredited academic institutions. The academic institution’s IT Staff are also allowed access for the express purpose of assisting educators and managing software within computer lab environments.
IBM Power Skills Academy is open to degree-granting accredited Community Colleges, Technical Colleges, Colleges, and Universities.
Stand-Alone Research Institutes, Code Schools, and Non-Academic Institutions.
