Troubleshooting
Problem
Using the Liberty profile with IBM WebSphere Application Server for z/OS requires the presence of a number of corrective service items for the z/OS operating system and other supporting software. Customers who configure and use the Liberty profile on z/OS might experience various problems if these fixes are not installed.
Resolving The Problem
To help ensure correct operation of the Liberty profile on z/OS, install the following fixes:
- z/OS fixes:
OA37620 - Metal-C RTL
OA39035 - Metal-C RTL
OA39236 - Metal-C RTL
OA39258 - RRS - DB2 fix:
PM59162
Note: You can optionally install Version 8.5.0.1 to resolve this issue.
