YFS_FLOW and YFS_SUB_FLOW tables are not exported from the Source DB to target XML directory

Troubleshooting

Problem

YFS_FLOW and YFS_SUB_FLOW tables are not exported from the Source DB to target XML Directory on running Configuration Deployment Tool(CDT).

CDT exports data from the source database to a XML directory. Once CDT is run, it is found that YFS_FLOW.cdt.xml and YFS_SUB_FLOW.cdt.xml tables are not present in the target XML directory. Few other tables that are part of group "Organization Driven Configuration Data" are also not exported although these are not excluded in ydkprefs.xml.

Cause

These tables are part of group "Organization Driven Configuration Data" which is driven by YFS_ORGANIZATION. If this table(YFS_ORGANIZATION) is excluded in ydkprefs.xml , the data for YFS_ORGANIZATION and related tables will not get deployed by CDT.

More details on CDT and related concepts(for Sterling Order Management v9.5) can be found here.

Resolving The Problem

Removing YFS_ORGANIZATION from the exclude list in ydkprefs.xml and re-running CDT export will resolve the issue.
