Problem
When in DQM, executing any report which has text in a measure dimension throws the following error: “XQE-PLN-0289”.
Symptom

In Dynamic Query Mode
Cause
It is design intent not to allow text in measure dimensions in DQM.
Resolving The Problem
A workaround for this is:
1) Create a new regular dimension with the text items from the measure dimension
The following is very important
Instead of adding each text item on the same level, create a new level for each text item
Adding each item on the same level will lead to small inconsistencies in the report data.
2) Create a new star schema, including the dimension just made
3) Publish the package
Use this package to create reports that use text in measure dimensions, in DQM.
