Problem
Workflow Email Notification throws error: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 501 5.1.7 Invalid address
Symptom
Users do not receive Email Notification
Cause
The 'Email From ID' value is configured with an invalid email address. If the mail server is not configured to authenticate the user's credential, then mail server will use the 'Email From ID' to send out the Email Notification. Make sure this 'Mail from ID' value has a valid email address.

Resolving The Problem
Configure the 'Email from ID' to use the valid email address, as following:
1/ Using ACCE, browse to the Workflow System -> Remote Servers -> Email
2/ Set the Email from ID to a valid email address
