Problem
The presentation xml for an application is updated to change the width of a field using these instructions https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSLKT6_7.6.1/com.ibm.mbs.doc/designer/t_define_value_field.html
If maximo is using the iot18 skin, this change has no effect.
This change works as expected using the tivoli13 or tivoli09 skins
Resolving The Problem
This is a design decision to make the product more responsive for various screen sizes. The older skins (tivoli13 or tivoli09) can be used if clients wish to use the width attribute.
