Why won't fileserver open up? When attempting to extract log files from an IBM Guardium appliance according to the following technote: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21499434 the fileserver command doesn't work as suggested:

One likely cause is that the correct ports are not open. Check that port 80 is open in the firewall.
