Question
When we get an error during applying Guardium patch, whch log files would be helpful to diagnose the issue?
Answer
If the Guardium version is V9.0p50 or later, run "support must_gather patch_install_issues" CLI command and download the generated file. Please refer to technote 1648698 for details.
If the Guarium version is earlier than V9.0p50 and doesn't have the above CLI command, run "fileserver" command and download the log files under /var/log/guard/diag/depot directory.
