Problem
When trying to increase the field size in Database Configuration, an error is displayed
BMXAA7094E - The entered value -1 is not valid. Enter a valid integer value

Resolving The Problem
Add the following property in the "Additional server bundle properties" within the MAS Console:
Djava.locale.providers=COMPAT,CLDR
The "Additional server bundle properties" dialog is accessed via Actions->Update configuration->Server bundles (click on pencil icon). Then click on "View" in the "Additional properties" column of the ui or all (depending on if the deployment is using "all" pods or not) server bundle.
After saving the change and choosing "Apply changes" at the top of the "Update Manage workspace configuration" page, the pod needs to be recreated.
