Troubleshooting
Problem
When going through the optional gateway in Cognos Analytics 11.0.7, logging into one namespace then switching to a new one causes a 403 error to occur.
Cause
This is caused by having /bi/v1 in the URL.
Resolving The Problem
Ensure the url you are using is "<GATEWAYNAME>/ibmcognos/bi" where ibmcognos is the name you set up with the the gateway.
