Troubleshooting
Problem
When importing a rights file into a application, getting the below error from the planningerrorlog.csv, but no error appears in the rights screen.
Symptom
[CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client.][CM-REQ-4070 This
request contained an invalid search expression. When searching the
security directory, you must select a "single" namespace.]
Cause
The CamNamespaceName was pointing to prod namespace name instead of their dev namespace name.
Resolving The Problem
Make sure the CamNamepaceName is correct in the file. If you don't know the name, insert a elist and pick a user, group or role and select a right and hit save and then at the bottom left hand corner toggle on display namespace and object type for each user and you will see the namespace name. The modify the rights file with the correct namespace name and try your import again.
