Cause

Resolving The Problem

The only quantity fields in the YFS_INVENTORY_AUDIT table are ON_HAND_QTY and ON_HAND_HELD_QTY. Only those transactions that cause either of these quantities to change will write records into the Audit table. Examples of such transactions are receipts, shipments, and adjustments.

An event such as Order Allocation will not cause a record to get created in the Audit table since there is no change to either the ON_HAND_QTY or the ON_HAND_HELD_QTY fields.
