Question & Answer
Question
Answer
Datacap follows the Continuous Deliverable Support Model, which is described in the following technote: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/738757.
All customers with a current support subscription are eligible to create support tickets, receive assistance with Datacap, and get access to all currently available fixes for any release of Datacap.
To get fixes for new issues, customers must be running a currently supported release of Datacap. As described in the IBM Continuous Support model, new fixes are provided for the current release, the immediately previous release, and any active long-term support releases (LTSRs).
The following table shows the key support dates for the Datacap releases. The acronyms used in the table are spelled out in the Legend table at the end of this document.
