What is the correct health check URI/URL to verify whether or not the Content Manager is started?

Resolving The Problem

If you install only Content Manager on a computer, you can confirm that it is running. This is otherwise known as a health check. Enter this URL in a browser: http://content_manager_computer_name:9300/p2pd/servlet

We do not support the use of http://content_manager_computer_name:9300/bi as a verification of whether or not the Content Manager is started and running.
