Question & Answer
Question
What is the definition of an "Active Session"?
Answer
Any session in which the visitor is still exploring your web application is considered an "Active Session". Each page that the visitor sees is added to the active session. When no new page is added within the configured timeout period (for example, the visitor closes their browser window or abandons the site), the session information is considered a completed session. Timeout defaulted to 30 minutes, but is configurable as per client need.
