What are the steps to be followed for the Sterling Call Center and Store (COM) application to pick a particular commands.ycml file?

Answer

COM PCA version 7.5

1) Place the commands.ycml file under $YFS_HOME/template/com.yantra.yfc.rcp/commands/YFSSYS00006.

2) The commands.ycml will be picked ONLY if the same is registered through RCP. To register a commands file for a plugin, the following needs to be added to the plugin class created when Sterling RCP Plugin Project is created.

            YRCPlatformUI.registerCommands("XYZ_commands", ID);

Here XYZ_commands is the name of the commands file and ID is the PluginID registered in the Sterling RCP Plugin Project.
