Problem
When you are installing IBM WebSphere SDK Java Technology Edition Version 6.0 for Liberty, do not use the repository location that is listed in the product documentation for WebSphere Application Server Version 8.5.
The following repository location is incorrect:
[http://www.ibm.com/software/repositorymanager/com.ibm.websphere.IBMJAVA.v60]
