ViewZeroOut on a cube which uses UNDEFVALS does not set values to the UNDEFVALS state

Troubleshooting

Problem

If you have a cube which has UNDEFVALS enabled in the rule of the cube, the ViewZeroOut function sets the cells in the cube to 0 and not the state of an undefined value.

Resolving The Problem

-This behaviour is working as expected, the ViewZeroOut function specifically sets cell values to 0 (per the documentation)
-If your objective is to set the cell value to the NULL/UNDEFVALS state, you can set the cell to a value of 4.94066e-324 , however there is no function to do this for an entire cube, you must create a TI Process to handle this for you
