Using Compatibility Printing Mode to Resolve Printing Issues in Analysts Notebook.

Troubleshooting


Problem

Switching to Compatibility Mode when printing Analyst Notebook charts can resolve issues such as missing items (entities, timelines etc) and other abnormalities.

Resolving The Problem

Note: Enabling this option can reduce overall printing quality.

To enable Compatibility Mode:

Version 8:
Open Analysts Notebook, and click on ‘Tools’ and then ‘Options’.



Expand the ‘Options’ menu if it is not already expanded, and click on the ‘Printing’ menu.

Tick the ‘Use Compatibility Mode’ check box.



Click the OK button to save the change.

Version 9:
Click on 'File' and then 'Options'


Expand the ‘Options’ menu if it is not already expanded, and click on the ‘Printing’ menu.

Tick the ‘Use Compatibility Mode’ check box.

Click the OK button to save the change.
