Users exist in MAXUSER table but do not show up in MAS Administration

How To

Summary

After a server migration the users created in the previous server exists in the MAXUSER table, but they are not visible from MAS Administration and cannot log in to the application.

It happens because the users are not synced with MAS, then they are not stored in MongoDB.

The users need to be synced to MAS in order to be visible in MAS Administration and be able to log in to the application.

Steps

Do a select statement to the MAXUSER table and check the users that must be synced to MAS from Manage.

The table has a column named MASISSUER.

This column must be null for any user you want to have synced.

Enable the MASUSERSYNC crontask instance, which runs once and add users from Manage to MAS (MongoDB).
