Abstract
Use HTTPS URL for internet connectivity check

This release of Cloud Extender includes the ability to use an HTTPS URL for the Internet test action that is used to connect to the internet.
New policy value
A new policy value, INTERNET_TEST_URL_HTTPS, has been added that can be pushed to a policy: https://license.fiberlink.com/internettest
New registry key
If an internet connection is successfully established, the following key is displayed in the registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Fiberlink\V360\UPDATE_PLC]
"INET_TEST_URL"="https://license.fiberlink.com/internettest"
If the HTTPS URL fails to make a connection to the internet, the internet test times out after 30 seconds. No changes are made to the Internet test action, and the previous internet URL is used to connect to the internet.
