Problem
Attempts to use the same location as the working and completion directory in FTP component in IBM Sterling Order Management does not create the completed file.
Cause
The working directory and completion directory are the same in the source file parameter tab.
Diagnosing The Problem
When logging is enabled and completion and working directory are different. The log will show Moving remote file from staging dir to remote completion file: <completion_filename>. This message will not be logged when the directories are the same. Both the directory location must be different.
Resolving The Problem
The working and completion have to different because the product checks for this condition before it moves the file from source to completion directory
