Updating the Status of a Shipment

Procedure

  1. Open Execution.
  2. Click the Active tab.
  3. From the Find list select SIDNumber and enter the shipment identifier.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Select the shipment and click Itinerary.
  6. Click the Stop Number you want toupdate.
  7. Click Update Status. Complete thefollowing information:
    • Select an event from the Status Event list.
    • Adjust the Event Time if necessary.
    • If the shipment is late or there are other issues with the deliveryselect a reason code and reason code group from the ReasonCode list.
  8. Click Update.
