Troubleshooting
Problem
After RTM migration, existing Nectar report graph links to old host URL. Need to update Cacti base URL at Console (Tab) -> Configuration -> Settings -> Alerting/Thold (tab).
Symptom
Migrate RTM from hostA to hostB.
On hostB, in an existing Nectar report, when Graph Linked option is enabled, click a graph, the URL is still pointing to the old RTM hostA.
Cause
The reason is the parameter alert_base_url still set to the old rtm hostA.
Diagnosing The Problem
Go to Console (Tab) -> Configuration -> Settings -> Alerting/Thold (tab)
Check Base URL (Cacti base URL)
Resolving The Problem
Go to Console (Tab) -> Configuration -> Settings -> Alerting/Thold (tab)
Update Base URL (Cacti base URL) to hostB.
