Summary:

While trying to perform a Keytool -import for a newly received certificate you might receive an error message indicating that the encoding is not supported:

"keytool error: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Unsupported encoding"

To resolve:

1. Backup the original certificate.
2. Open the certificate file with notepad
3. Add 2 carriage returns at the end of the downloaded certificate file.
4. Save the certificate.

Cause:

Keytool is specific about certificate format
