Problem
Attempts to cut and paste an IBM Rational DOORS object from one section you have locked into a different section you have locked does not provide the option to unlock either of these sections.
Symptom
You can not unlock a section from a cut & paste operation in DOORS.
Cause
This is intended functionality.
Resolving The Problem
In order to unlock these sections you have to select File > Save and Unlock All Sections from the module menu.
