Diagnosing The Problem

In the aiops-ir-core-rba-rbs-*.log, the following errors are observed:
Failed to connect to seed broker, trying another broker from the list: Connection error: certificate has expired

KafkaJSNumberOfRetriesExceeded: Connection error: certificate has expired {\n groupId: 'cp4waiops-cartridge.rba',\n retryCount: 5,\n stack: 'KafkaJSNonRetriableError\\n' +\n ' Caused by:

Resolving The Problem

To resolve this issue, look for the following 2 pods and restart them:

a) aiops-ir-core-rba-rbs-*
b) aiops-ir-core-datarouting-*

Once you restart, check the aiops-ir-core-rba-rbs-* pod log for "certificate has expired" errors.

c) Next, manually run a RBA from the UI.

Check for messages in the aiops-ir-core-rba-rbs-* pod log for "POST" and make sure it completed successfully.

d) Check the AIOps Insight page and make sure you can see data for RBA in the AIOps Insights page.
