Unable to run view script in Sterling Order Management 9.5

Troubleshooting


Problem

Running the view script in IBM Sterling Ordre Management 9.5 leads to error invalid database object.

Cause

Dropped column (Allocate_Date) is getting referred in the views. yfs_order_release_line and yfs_order_release_line_vw.

Diagnosing The Problem

yfs_order_release_line,yfs_order_release_line_vw are invalid database objects because of Allocate_Date column is missing from YFS_ORDER_LINE.

Resolving The Problem

Steps to resolve

  1. Edit the view definition sql files for the corresponding views available in <INSTALL_DIR>/database\<dbtype>/scripts/CustomDBViews/transaction and remove the reference to column Allocate_Date.


  2. Recreate the views
