Unable to execute report error when running reports in IWR

Troubleshooting


Problem

Unable to run reports in Impromptu Web Reports. Reports still run from Impserver.exe and Impromptu admin. When running from IWR the reports run for a while and then produce the following error. [Error Message - Application Error The following error has occurred: The report request failed. Unable to execute report D:\Cognos\Impromptu Web Reports\Sales Report\Sales Report\apps\Michelin Truck Tyre Sales Report.imr. Reason: Error: 0, Generic; Process ID: 5292; Thread: 5556; Host: AZACOG01; Text: Unexpected Error in ExecuteRunReport. Please contact your System Administrator.
