Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to add products to the Return Order results in the error OMP10020 : Invalid Delivery Method Passed in IBM Sterling Store Web 9.5.
Cause
The order entry type Store has not been added to the Return order document type.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve, add the following entry at Application Manager- Return Logistics-Document Specific- Return Order-Order Attributes-Order Entry types
- Entry type as Store and check Allow cash and carry Lines
