Problem
I can access the GUI console but not the web console. when I enter ID and Password, I get an error
Symptom
Error 404: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found:
/scclayout
Cause
Errors in Liberty Service
Resolving The Problem
Use the following steps to clean up the Liberty Service.
1. Stop Librerty Service usings this command.
<SCC>/web/wlp/bin/stopServer.sh
2. Delete this folder from the Sterling Control Center folder
<SCC>/web/wlp/usr/servers/defaultServer/workarea/
3. Start the Liberty Service with the command below
<SCC>/web/wlp/bin/startServer.sh
Wait 5 minutes and then try to log on again.
