Troubleshooting
Problem
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio packages are normally included in the WA components for Windows and automatically installed. There are two cases where manual install is required.
Symptom
1 Error in installing the WA 9.3.FP04 Windows Agent (missing msvcr120.dll ).
2 Error during runtime on Secondary Node Windows Cluster (eventviewer error accessing msvcr90.dll) after new WA cluster installation/upgrade.
Cause
WA Installation automatically deploys the required Microsoft packages but in two scenarios Customer is requested to do manual steps.

Resolving The Problem
1) Installation of WA 9.3FP04 on windows version.
Before starting installation procedure the following package must be downloaded and installed:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64) - 12.0.40649.5
2) Configuration of second node in a Windows Cluster deployment.
Before switching Role for the second node the the following packages must be installed:
Version 9.5
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64) - 12.0. 40660 *
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable(x64) - 14.0.24123
Version 9.4 FP5 FP6 FP7
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64) - 12.0. 40660 *
The above components are available in the installation package:
…\TWS\WINDOWS_X86_64\Tivoli_LWA_WINDOWS_X86_64\TWS\_uninstall\ACTIONTOOLS:
vcrdist_x64_13.exe for Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64)
Vcrdist_x64_14.exe for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable(x64)
*) Greater version (i.e. 12.0.40649.5 for C++ 2013)) could also be downloaded and installed.
