How do I find out what the errors are and what to do about them?

Resolving The Problem
Compare the error messages in the startup-errors file with the configuration instructions in startup-config.
Reconfigure the objects with erroneous configurations, save the configuration (this action changes the startup-config file), and log in to the CLI again.
