Troubleshooting
Problem
When you are accessing or designing business automations or business applications and need help, you notice the Tours icon, which gives you the help menu, isn't in the top banner:

The help menu gives you access to various help resources, like tours, videos, and documentation.
Resolving The Problem
If you're using a Chrome browser, allow cookies:
- Click Chrome > Preferences > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > Allow cookies
If you're using a Safari browser, allow cross-site tracking:
- Click Safari > Preferences > clear Prevent cross-site tracking
