TM1 Web reports that contain tree maps with negative values cannot be opened and are causing performance spikes.
The root cause of this issue is a third-party library, which does not support tree maps with negative values.
As a temporary fix, effective TM1 Web version 2.0.77, tree maps that contain negative values will not display in reports. This allows web sheets to open without any performance spikes.
Note: There is no impact to tree maps that contain only positive values. Positive value tree maps continue to display as before.
